Visa and Immigration Information

A visa is an endorsement on a passport that allows the holder to enter, leave, or stay within the issuing country for the time specified.

Do I need a visa for this program?

No! As an unincorporated territory of the United States, citizens can travel freely between Puerto Rico and the continental US. You should, however, be sure to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you (such as a driver’s license or passport).
