Arrival information

There will be one group transfer from the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to the Golden Tulip Amsterdam West hotel at 11AM on Tuesday, September 8. The bus will be leaving at 11AM so please plan to arrive around 10:30AM or earlier.

You should plan to meet your onsite program coordinator Claire in the international arrivals hall at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Claire will have a sign that says CISabroad – University of Oregon. Regardless of your arrival date and time you should plan to meet at the airport.

If for any reason you miss the group transfer, please let Professor Wagoner and Claire know you will be making your way to the hotel independently, and by which route you intend to travel, so we can estimate your time of arrival. Taxis are relatively inexpensive and will be the easiest way to get to the hotel should you miss the bus. You should meet the rest of the group in the lobby of the hotel no later than noon.

Departure Information

There will be one group airport transfer arranged on Tuesday, September 22 at 4AM to Berlin Tegel Airport.

Please double check that Berlin Tegel is your departure airport! If your flight is later in the day, and you would prefer to make your way to the airport later than 4AM, please discuss this with Claire and Prof. Wagoner once you are abroad.
