Meri will be awaiting you after customs and immigration on arrival day: May 20.

If your flight is delayed, please communicate these details to the CISabroad Emergency Phone (our Emergency Response Team anticipates these calls on arrival days). The number is +1.413.210.7091. You will be asked your name, your university and for the details of your travel delay. The ERT member (someone in our office, not a call-center) will help you get back on track with your travel plans, and communicate your delay to our onsite team!

If your flight plans have you arriving another date, you are responsible for getting yourself to the program accommodations.

For departure: We will arrange transportation back to the airport.

Depending on your flight departure time June 18 you will join another small group of travelers from your program at a specified time to return to the airport. If your flight plans have you departing another date, you are responsible for getting yourself to the airport.
