Chris Batchelder, CISabroad On-Site Program Coordinator and Senior Study Abroad Advisor

Chris has lived and worked in various countries throughout the world and plans to keep his list growing. This will be his third summer in Italy leading programs like yours! He believes that making friends on site is the best way of understanding cultures. Chris advises that getting off the beaten path is the key ingredient to a life changing study abroad experience. When Chris travels, eating the local cuisine is hands down his favorite activity. Some notable triumphs of his consist of raw horse in Japan and sheep face in Morocco. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, cooking, camping, reading, and writing. Chris conquered Keene State College and plundered a BA in psychology with minors in communications and Italian from the spoils.
