Arrival information

Students will be met by an on-site representative at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City’s airport) and accompanied to the Gio Bac Hotel in downtown HCMC on Sunday July 28th.

All students arriving on June 28th will be met at the airport by a CISabroad representative (identified by the “CISabroad- University of California San Diego” sign!) Students arriving on the same flight or at similar times will be transported together. In addition, the following students arriving early who have provided their flight information and confirmed their pre-program plans will be met at the airport upon arrival (Kevin Le, Crystal Lam, Alexis Buz & German Octaviano) and transferred to the Gio Bac Hotel.

All other students arriving early who have made independent plans should plan to meet at the Gio Bac Hotel on the afternoon of June 28th to join the group and check in to the hotel in time for the welcome dinner!

Departure Information

There will be one group airport transfer arranged on Saturday, August 1, to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for students departing immediately following program completion.

A specific transfer time and instructions will be confirmed once everyone has submitted their flight information. This information will be posted here and e-mailed to you. Students opting to stay in Vietnam past August 1st will be responsible for arranging their own transport.
