A group transfer (by coach) from the Venice Airport to your accommodations in Vicenza is arranged for May 24th at noon.

Peggy will be waiting for you at the arrival gate to pick you up! She will have a sign for CISabroad: Towson University. For students arriving to Venice earlier than the 11:20am suggested flight , please meet at the arrivals gate area by 11:45am to take advantage of the group transfer. If you do not arrive by noon, you may miss the group transfer and need to make your own way to Vicenza.

If for any reason you do miss the group transfer, please let Peggy know you will be making your way to your accommodations independently, and by which route you intend to travel, so we can estimate your time of arrival.

Departure Information

Your Onsite Program Coordinator will arrange a group departure for the morning of June 8.

The exact time of departure will be confirmed by your Onsite Program Coordinator the night before departure.
