10:40AM: Depart for Shanghai on United Airlines #857

Tuesday – May 17, 2016
5:25PM: Arrive in Shanghai from San Francisco on United Airlines #857

We have arranged for a coach bus to transfer your group from the airport in Shanghai to your accommodations in Suzhou.

The bus trip should take about two hours. Your Onsite Program Coordinator will be waiting for you at the arrival gate to pick you up! They will have a sign that reads “CISabroad TAMUCT”.

If for any reason you miss the group transfer (which you shouldn’t, since you’re traveling together!), please let your onsite staff know you will be making your way to your accommodations independently, and by which route you intend to travel, so we can estimate your time of arrival.

Departure Information

We have arranged for a group transfer by coach bus at the end of your program, on Wednesday, June 1st.

The exact time of the pick-up from the hotel will be confirmed by your Onsite Program Coordinator the night before departure.

We have also arranged a group flight for your departure. Please note that all times listed are local to the airport of departure. Your flight itinerary is as follows:
