If you are a US citizen, you don’t need a passport to travel to Hawaii. But you will want to be sure to bring a government-issued ID with you, such as your Driver’s License or Passport, in order to board the plane.
In addition to your government-issued ID, don’t forget to bring your other travel documents with you. These travel documents include:
Pre-arrival instructions – Provided by CISabroad
Passport or Government Issued ID
Travel itinerary and plane tickets
Credit/debit cards
Medication prescriptions (if applicable)
Pro tip: Make copies of all of your travel documents. Bring one copy with you and leave the other copy at home with your emergency contact(s).
Be sure to check the weight limits of each airline you will be traveling on.
