Arrival and Departure

Arrival and Departure

All you will need to check-in for your flights at the airport is your passport… but it’s always a good idea to carry a copy of your travel itinerary, so go ahead and print a copy to carry with you.

A coach bus transfer from the airport to your accommodations has been scheduled for 1:30PM on arrival day (July 3) from Terminal 5. After you land, please make your way to Terminal 5 to meet your CISabroad onsite program coordinator beneath the “Meeting Point” sign.

There are two meeting points on the ground floor in Terminal 5, marked by orange banners:
– North meeting point: near green staircase, opposite Travelex.
– South meeting point: near orange staircase, near Costa.
MEET AT THE SOUTH MEETING POINT and grab some coffee at Costa while you wait, see image below…

If for any reason you miss the bus departure, don’t fret! Navigating your way from any of London’s airports into central London is a breeze – and, thankfully the Brits speak English!

If you land super early and prefer not to wait at the airport for a 1:30PM departure, you are welcome to make your own way into London. It is imperative you let Jordan know your plans though, so she knows whether to expect you for the bus or not. For students not arriving to the Generator Hostel with Jordan from the airport, please meet in the Generator lobby at 2:30 when the rest of the group will arrive for check-in.

One group transfer to the airport by bus has been arranged on departure day (July 30) in Paris. The bus will depart for Charles de Gaulle airport at 6AM.

If after reviewing departing flight information a later transfer will accommodate the majority of the group, this departure time will be adjusted.
