You should arrive on site the arrival day listed in your acceptance email into the San Jose International Airport: Juan Santamaria. Once you arrive at the airport, exit the Customs area, retrieve your luggage, and head outside. Your on-site Program Director, Lisa Pinheiro, or other staff from Veritas, will be there to get you; just look for signs that say CISabroad or VERITAS!
