Arrival Information

We have arranged for your group to be picked up at the airport and transferred to your accommodations in Vienna upon arrival, at the start of the program on Tuesday, May 17.

Your Onsite Program Coordinator will be waiting for you at the arrival gate to pick you up! They will have a sign for CISabroad and Allegheny College. After you have arrived in Vienna, you will embark on a guided bus tour of the city before checking in to your accommodations.

If for any reason you miss the group transfer, please let your onsite staff know you will be making your way to your accommodations independently, and by which route you intend to travel, so we can estimate your time of arrival.

Departure Information

We have arranged one group transfer from your accommodations in Vienna to the airport for the morning of Tuesday, June 7 at the end of your program.

The exact time of your departure will be confirmed by your On-Site Program Coordinator the night before departure.
