We have arranged a flight for your group at the start of your program. Your flight itinerary is as follows:

Tuesday – May 24, 2016
8:20PM: Depart Boston, MA for Paris, France on Air France #333

Wednesday – May 25, 2016
9:10AM: Arrive in Paris, France on Air France #333
12:35PM: Depart Paris for Warsaw, Poland on Air France #1346
2:50PM: Arrive in Warsaw on Air France #1346

All you will need to check-in at the airport is your passport, but it’s always a good idea to carry a copy of your reservation with you while traveling, so go ahead and print a copy!

We have also arranged a group transfer from the airport to your accommodations upon arrival.

Your onsite program coordinator will greet you at the airport in Warsaw and you will take an airport shuttle as a group to your accommodations.

Departure Information

We have also arranged a group transfer from your accommodations to the airport at the end of your program.

Your On-Site Program Coordinator will remind you, but be ready to depart at 12:55 PM on Monday, June 6!
