Arrival information

We have arranged one group transfer from the airport to Hotel BB Trastevere upon arrival on Monday, May 9.

The suggested arrival flight is Delta (DL) 64, direct from ATL to FCO (Rome Fiumicino airport). All students arriving on this flight will be met at the airport. Any students arriving on other flights who wish to take advantage of the group transfer should meet at the arrivals gate of the airport no later than 10:30am and look for Chris who will be holding a “CISabroad: Alabama” sign! A private coach will then meet the group and transfer you to the hotel.

Navigating between Rome’s main airport and the city centre is nothing to be intimidated by! If for any reason you miss the group transfer, or are arriving at a time other than the suggested group flight arrival time, please let your onsite staff know you will be making your way to the hotel independently, and by which route you intend to travel, so we can estimate your time of arrival.

Departure Information

We have arranged one group airport transfer for the morning of Monday, May 30 to the Florence regional airport.

The exact time of the coach’s departure will be confirmed by your On-Site Program Coordinator no later than the final night of the program.
