Arrival Information
Rebecca Steptoe, Meccay Nimmer, Amanda Dalola and Lara Lomicka Anderson will be greeted at the airport by your onsite program coordinator, and transferred to the hotel by airport shuttle on Saturday, May 14.

For students not arriving on the above flight, please make your way to the hotel Kyriad Paris 13 – Italie Gobelins, 5, Rue Veronese and plan to meet your onsite program coordinator in the lobby at 11am to check-in.
Making your way from the airport to the city center:
If you miss the group transfer, or you are arriving independently, you will need to make your way to your accommodations independently. The least expensive way to do so is via the RER B train and Métro system. Detailed directions can be found on the Paris-by-Train website, and also on the EasyCDG website.
If you are less comfortable taking public transportation, you do have the option of a taxi service. Pay close attention to the information provided by the airport in terms of what taxis are “allowed” to transfer passengers into Paris. You can find that information here.
Be sure you have your accommodation address (provided in your daily itinerary) and the nearest Métro stop written down (hint: print a copy of the daily itinerary page in this module to carry on you during travel) so that you know where you are going.
Departure Information
Rebecca Steptoe, Meccay Nimmer, Amanda Dalola and Lara Lomicka Anderson will depart at 6:45AM and travel via airport shuttle to the airport for return flights home.
Students who arrived in Paris and met directly at the hotel will need to plan for to return to the airport for their flight independently. Check out on May 23 is at 11am.
